Over the past five years, I have gained valuable experience in all areas of the store and am now a Shift Runner! In my current role, I help to manage the running of the store during busy periods by cutting and boxing pizzas, helping to dispatch drivers on deliveries, and training new team members on different stations. I started at Domino’s in 2016 as an in-store team member helping to make the dough, prepare pizzas and take customer orders.

I love working at Domino’s because everyone is always so friendly, but the best part about my job is seeing our customers faces light up every time we arrive at their door with their favourite pizza order. Benjamin Skelton – Delivery ExpertĪs a Delivery Expert, I am responsible for safely delivering piping hot pizzas to customers in my local area. Now, as a Store Manager more than a decade later, I am responsible for the supervision of staff, hiring and training, rostering, inventory management, sales building, and improvement of KPIs, as well as ensuring the smooth operations of the store by upholding a high standard of product, service, and image.
